Care workers and support workers must have previous working experience with clientele such as the Elderly, people with Challenging Behaviour, Learning Disabilities and Mental Health.
 
Domestic and catering staff must demonstrate previous experience working within a similar environment and Chefs, Cooks and kitchen assistants must produce evidence of their relevant certification and qualifications. 7061, 7062, Food & Hygiene, NVQ2,3,4 and Health and Safety.
