TEMPORARY STAFF
There are many reasons why people choose to work as temporary staff and not permanent. At HSR we cater for temporary candidates who want to work but also wish to take extensive time off without the hassle of losing their jobs. The idea of temping is that you choose to have the flexibility of being able to work when it suits you. Over the years HSR Consultants Ltd have built their temporary staff team up and give regular work to our candidates and the consistency of staff to our clients. When placing temporary staff, we expect our clients to treat our temps with the same attitude and respect given to their own permanent staff.
HSRC supply temporary staff to residential homes, day centres, hospitals, hostels, supported housing, sheltered housing and many more establishments. We believe that training is an essence to the success of providing good working ethics and an understanding to the needs of clients and service users. We encourage our temporary staff to undergo further training where needed and to climb within their career to higher level.
TEMP/PERM DEAL
HSRC have acknowledge that permanent positions are not always the best solution. Candidates are appointed and when they actually start work they do not settle and eventually leave. This is particularly annoying to clients who have then got to begin the recruitment process again. The solution to both candidate and client is a temp-perm deal. The temp-perm deal is a way of trying out the candidate and seeing how the candidate settles in. This gives time for the client to know they have selected the right person by monitoring their work performance over a 12 week period and also benefits the candidate as they will know within that period whether thiey are happy working for the organisation. If after 12 weeks both parties are happy, HSRC will release the candidate FREE OF INTRODUCTION FEES to the organisation.
If however, the candidate was to leave before the 12 week period, another candidate will be selected and that candidate will work the remainder of the 12 weeks period then released free of charge.
PERM
HSRC have many permanent vacancies. We have a good success record on placing permanent Social Care staff in all areas of the care field. We pride ourselves on selecting the right candidates with the necessary experience and qualifications required for the post. We also take into consideration the personality of the candidate to suit the working environment in which they will be placed.
