This 14 bedded home is looking for permanent support workers to work with residents with Learning Difficulties. The candidate must have previous experience working with learning difficulties. The candidate must have NVQ level 2 within care and be aware of care standards policies and procedures. A valid cleared CRB is essential.

The candidate must be able of the following:

report writing, care planning, communication book, accident report forms, petty cash

The candidate must be able to produce excellent written and verbal communication skills

the candidate would be required to take the residents to gp appointments and any trips required by the care plan of the resident.

the candidate must be able to work on a shift rota basis
