This 6 bedded newly established residential home for people with mental health/drug and alcohol misuse and forensic needs is looking for 8 x support workers to work a 40 hour week on a weekly rota basis throughout Monday - Sunday.  The candidate is required to have NVQ Level 2 in Care, Previous experience working with mental health, drug and alcohol misuse.  Forensic knowledge would be an advantage but not essential.  The candidate must have:

Excellent communication skills
Have knowledge and an understanding of care standards and c-sci regulations.
Previous experience working in a residential setting or similar environment is essential.

You must be able to undergo the following:

care planning
report writing
work as part of a team
attend cpa meetings
