Residential Cook needed for a large home in Maldon Essex to cook for the elderly.  The candidate must have previous experience at cooking in residential homes and be able to cook for upto 75 people.  City & Guilds or equivalent qualification is essential and Food & Hygiene Certificate is essential. The cook is required to work on a rota basis 30hrs Monday - Sun.  The shift patterns are 7am - 1pm and 1pm - 6pm 5 days per week. The candidate must have experience and knowledge of special diets, be able to plan menus, order food in and carry out all paperwork relating to the position.  The candidate will work with a kitchen assistant/domestic to help with all aspects of the kitchen duties.  The position is start immediately.
