This dynamic Company is expanding rapidly and has now opened a 5 bedded home for Mental Health Ex-offenders with challenging behaviour.  They are looking for 7 x Mental Health Support workers to work on a rota basis in a residential setting. You will need to work 36 hours per week . The candidate must have extensive experience working with Adults with mental health in a similar environment  (not Elderly EMI).  Forensic experience would be an advantage but not essential.

Qualifications Essential

NVQ2 in Care
Extensive experience within mental health

The candidates will be required to undertake training throughout a six month period with this organisation (free of charge).  An excellent opportunity to expand your knowledge and training within the care field.

The candidate will need to be able to undertake the following duties:-

Report writing
Care planning
Assessment
an understanding of mental health issues
risk assessments
knowledge of c-sci and care standards within a residential setting
