Elderly Persons Officer fully able to undertake duties within sheltered housing schemes. Temporary assigments. 

Requirements:

Previous experience working with the elderly within housing
Ability to work under own initiative
Able to clearly demonstrate knowledge of Housing Legislation
Excellent people managements skills
Good verbal and written skills
Knowledge of Housing Act 1996 Part 6 and 7 and relevant legilsation, guidance, policy and directives.

Monday - Friday 9am - 530pm
35 hours per week

These are temporary assignment to fill holiday, sickness, maternity cover for various sheltered housing schemes in East London.
