This fast growing organisation is looking for Deputy Managers to work in various residential homes in Hackney/Stoke Newington.  If you are looking to work for a Company where you can climb in your career, this is the Company.  This company pride themselves on giving the necessary training to enhance your qualifications to a higher level in line with becoming a Manager. The homes are 4 bedded for Mental Health and drug misuse residents/ex-offenders.  The candidate must have previous experience working with Mental Health drug and alcohol and knowledge of forensic is preferred but not essential.  You are required to have NVQ Level 3 in Care or equivalent.  You must have experience working as a Deputy and be able to lead a team of support workers.  It is essential you are fully aware of C-sci and Care standards regulations.  You are required to be flexible in your attitude and work 40 hrs per week.
